So many peoples entering your place, so many orders to be placed, hustle-bustle around the counter section, some customers shouting loud for hurrying up, too much of hustle-bustle all around, so you see, such huge demand for the delicious-food made. Kudos to all of your chefs for such an amazing skill. You surely have made enough money today. But do you think it will go on like this, always? If it is all about earning profit from just cooking, then you are completely WRONG.

Food is a major factor for which your business is running. But only food is not enough for running business. So when you add food service with customer service is only when you can successfully run your business.


The place where they sit, matters the most!

Before everything, cleanliness must be the first concern. Soft couches are just not enough, you are making them sit, not letting them sleep. The chairs must have good design and quality so when they sit, they feel comfortable with correct sitting posture.

The customers have come to fill their tummy, food will be always their major concern. So you distract them by letting them watch television, doesn’t fit in your principle.

A perfect ambience is one, which keeps your customer calm, not allowing them to smoke or do anything which can disturb others, by maintaining cleanliness all around, with freshness inside and instead entertain them with some pleasant soft-low volume music.

So you see in a hustle-bustle environment, people will never be satisfied, irrespective of the quality of food, this decreases their chances of visiting your place again, which ultimately leads to your decrease in earning money. If earning is your goal, then delivering good-quality service must also be your goal. Right from the beginning, when they enter the restaurant to when they leave, the interval between that must be dedicated in providing best services. From placing their orders done by the waiters to collecting the bill in the counter or from their sitting place, they must be greeted nicely.


Restaurant service is a kind of social service which you must never forget. This will always help you to gain more customers, thus, helping you to earn more. Apart from social behaviour, the employees must be informative to the customers, because they have the right to information as well.

A good-quality food, to calm their mind. They came here to have food. So by delivering the best quality food, they will make you the best. Best quality food is a really huge term, it has a great value. So if you value it, you earn it. The kitchen is your temple. Whatever is applicable outside the kitchen in terms of ambience and cleanliness, is applicable inside as well. With the good-quality kitchen comes the good-quality food. By making sure the demands of each customer, by keeping in mind the punctuality and honesty while making food, you deliver best quality food. Remember, it’s better to fill the tummy happy than to fill the complain sheet unhappily.

A good restaurant is one who can make the customer’s soul satisfied. You earn ‘good-restaurant’ tag from not only the customer, but from the service that you provide. So, if customers are happy with your service, you will be happy with your business. Provide good, earn good.
